Mama's got a brand new job!!!

Well...it has been quite the last few weeks, I tell you.  After we got back from our amazing trip to the Oregon Coast, it was back to reality, and quick.  Shannon went back to work for a day and decided that being at home with her little guy was what where she needed to be, so hence the title of the post.  Mom and Cooper are sure loving their time together at home and Cooper is growing up so fast.  In the past couple of weeks, he has been sitting up in Bumbo chair, standing with some assistance, rolling over from his tummy to his back and chatting away.  Such a big boy, this one!!

This is the sweet face that we wake up to in the morning.  Cooper loves when mom or dad comes to get him up in the morning.

Aunt Kelly got Cooper some of the greatest clothes, so we had to show off the loot.

Just love a baby in a button shirt!!

Look at this bug guy rocking the Bumbo chair.

Coop loves when his dad comes home to have lunch, Payton likes to photo bomb when she can!!

Such a hipster rocking out to his tunes.

Just a lazy afternoon in the Kent home, and apparently Lilly decided to photo bomb too.

Oh hey there, wow that is a close-up

It's all smiles for this guy.

While mom was working for her last few weeks, dad had daycare duty a couple of days.  Mom sure was surprised when she came home to the outfits that dad put on this little guy.  Plaid shorts and striped socks, hmmm..

Batter up..

Aunt Mavis sent Coop these awesome little slippers.  He thinks they feel so funny on his feet and we think they are so cute.

Mom just loves getting Cooper ready for his bath.  Her and dad always joke about Coop's little cheesy bottom.

Cooper had his first play date with sweet Millie.  Millie was born about four weeks before Cooper and we are sure they will be great friends as they grow up.

We busted out the Ergobaby for our night walks an Cooper got pretty comfy falling asleep on mom during the walk.

Oh yeah, it's 94 degrees outside and I am still rocking these sweet slippers!!

Good Bye!!

Family Pictures

While we were in Bandon, we had a photographer come and get photos of the family... here are a few of our favorites..

Bandon 2013

The 2nd annual (for A Team Reilly) Bandon Hospital golf tourney came back around this year, and this time we made a family reunion out of it. We rented a beach house and let the fun begin.....

Little buddy all strapped in and ready to hit the road.

Cooper got to meet his cousin Drew for the first time at Grandma Shirley's. They had a great time just getting to know one another.

We went to G. Shirley's the first night we arrived in town and met up with everyone. Cooper got to meet his Aunt Brittany.

The Stilgenbauer's made there way up from Arizona to enjoy some costal weather.....after the trip I can safely say they have not experienced winds like that before day in and day out.

Stayed with the Grandpa and Mamaw the first couple nights. Went down to the docks and got some fresh Tuna and Salmon. Grilled it up real nice.

Headed out for a walk at the Beach with the crew

As you can see it was super hot out there

Mamaw, Grandpa, Shannon, and Cooper just strolling around

Heidi just swinging away
I found some arm candy

ahhh the memories

Heidi loved holding her Cooper Kent

Mimaw and Mamaw hanging with Cooper

The ladies

After staying with the Cooper's we headed down to Bandon.....
We decided to go with some flashy uniforms to try and intimidate the competition, it didn't work but we did shoot one stroke better than the previous year. One side note David and I did win the horse race golf challenge, a very coveted honor sought after by many.

Cooper got to meet so many members of his family on this trip.. meeting Grandma and Grandpa Reilly for the first time.

Hanging out with the Toppenberg girls.
Uncle Pat the human jungle gym.
Pat and Coop, just chilling..

The Burns' came down from Eugene to meet baby Cooper for the first time.

We even celebrated Cousin Ivy's 4th birthday with all of the family.

She wanted to have a "Hot Hot dance party", so that is what the girl got!

We took a trip to the park with the Toppenberg's and Stilgenbauers, Cooper couldn't wait to get on those swings next year!!

One day we drove south to Port Orford with the Stilgenbauer family to see Prehistoric Gardens!!

 AHH!!  Watch out behind you!!
Dad and Coop at Sunset Beach checking out the Tide Pools.

Sleepy boy, first time at the beach can tucker a guy out.

Tony, Reilly and Grace building sand castles.

Sweet Ivy girl, loving the beach.

Ben and Kelsey, look at that awesome hoodie, Coop was jealous of his styling cousin.

A little cousin time...these boys were both born on their momma birthdays 2 months apart.  I think they will be the best of friends.

Posing in the sweater and bonnet that Grandma Reilly made for Grammy when she was a baby.

 Ben and Cooper

 Saying goodbye to Mamaw.

On our way back home, we stayed with Jeff's roommate from college and Best Man in our wedding Tom and his wife Kendra, they sure loved Cooper.

We had such a great trip, Cooper got to meet so many new family members and friends.  We can't wait to do it all again in 2014!!
