Visits from Grammy and Pops

We were so lucky in September to have Grammy visit two weekends in a row and Pops for one of those.  So much fun was had reading stories, going for a hike, having fun at the zoo and exploring at the aquarium.  Of course there was some football during these weekends too, so much fun!!

We went up Big Cottonwood Canyon on Saturday and hiked around Silver Lake.

We had our family pictures done again this year at Fotofly and were very happy again with the results.

 

 

Oregon golf trip tournament

We took our annual trip to Bandon this year, but it was

a little abbreviated.  We managed to pack a lot of fun into a couple days though.

 

We stayed in Boise, ID the first night and ate at the awesome burger joint that has been featured on the Food Network.  Cooper was in French Fry heaven.

We spent our second night with Dave and Amanda in Bend, OR; Cooper was so excited to see his aunt and uncle.

We got to the coast on day three and while daddy was golfing in his tournament, Cooper spent some time with his Mamaw, Pa and Aunt B.

We even made a trip to the beach while we were there.  It was pretty cool that Cooper had been on both coasts beaches in the span of a month this summer.
